Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Engineering and Project Management team. This is a key delivery role, supporting the successful execution of renewable energy projects from post consent through to operation.

You will be responsible for managing or supporting the delivery of utility-scale energy infrastructure projects across BESS, Solar, Wind, and Hydrogen, working within a highly technical, multi-disciplinary environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle on high-value energy assets typically ranging from 50–200+ MW, across the UK.

Working within the team, your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead or support the delivery of renewable energy projects across BESS, Solar, Wind, and Hydrogen.
  • Manage projects from post-consent through FEED, financial close, construction, commissioning, and operation.
  • Support or take responsibility for programme, budget, scope, quality, and risk management appropriate to the project and role.
  • Administer or support NEC, FIDIC, EPC, and multi-contract delivery models.
  • Support the management of contractor performance, commercial delivery, project interfaces, and integrated project programmes.
  • Act as the key interface between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, providing project reporting and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Promote compliance with health, safety, environmental, and CDM requirements, with the ability to act as, support, or demonstrate a strong understanding of the Principal Designer role under CDM 2015.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and the successful delivery of renewable energy assets.
